By accessing the Site, browsing or purchasing from Epiiluxe, you agree to these Terms.

Epiiluxe is an online jewelry brand offering Neo-fine jewelry and lifestyle accessories.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, customers, merchants, browsers and content contributors.

Your continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.

2) Eligibility & Use of the Website

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Site or make a purchase.
  • You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

3) Products & Descriptions

We aim to display all products, images, colors and details as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight variations in color, finish or size may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify product details, prices or discontinue items at any time.

4) Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • We accept the following payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards,Net Banking, Razorpay Wallets and other Razorpay-supported methods.
  • Payment must be successfully completed before the order is processed.
  • We are not responsible for: Bank charges, Payment gateway delays, Declined transactions.

All payments are securely handled by Razorpay / Shopify Payments.
We do not store your card or banking details.

5) Order Processing & Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. We may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded (if applicable). 

Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of ordering, provided the order has not been shipped.

6) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India.
  • Shipping timelines depend on your location, courier availability, and order volume.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors such as: Weather, Festivals, Courier delays, Wrong address provided.
  • Once the package is shipped, Epiiluxe is not responsible for: Delays, Lost parcels, Stolen packages, Address errors by customer.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed guidelines.

General terms:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn and in original packaging.
  • Personalized/custom pieces are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, graphics, product designs, text and layout is the property of Epiiluxe and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without written permission.

9) User Content & Reviews

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or feedback:

  • You grant Epiiluxe a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish or display the content.
  • The content must not violate the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Epiiluxe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:

  4. Delays or delivery failures.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and we use various third-party applications, payment gateways and analytics tools.

These services have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms.
