Epiiluxe Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Epiiluxe, we take pride in offering premium quality Neo fine jewelry crafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

🕒 Return Policy

We accept returns on damage or wrong product within 5-7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The jewelry tag must remain intact and unbroken. This tag ensures product authenticity.
  • You must include your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Returns for worn or used jeweLry will be rejected.

Note: Items returned without prior approval or without the original tag will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please  within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging showing the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution.
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for items that meet our return conditions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after approval for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or card provider).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Currently, Epiiluxe does not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased using sitewide offers (20% OFF) are eligible for return as per policy.
  • Only marked SALE / DISCOUNT / CLEARANCE items are non-returnable and refundable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not return or refund.
