Shipping policy

At Epiiluxe, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely, ensuring a smooth shopping experience every time.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days once dispatched. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays or courier issues.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or Whatsapp msg to effortlessly monitor your delivery.
Domestic only: Currently, we ship within India only. We will add international shipping options when available.
In case of failed delivery (customer not available, wrong address, courier delay or address issue), please contact us within 48 hours of courier attempt. Epiiluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if incorrect address and contact details are provided by the customer.”

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
