1) Return Policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • The original product tag must remain attached and unbroken.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Products returned without prior approval or without the original tag will not be accepted.

2) Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos, video of the product
  • Clear photos. video of the packaging

After reviewing your request, we will respond within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for approved damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Epiiluxe.

3) Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Shipping charges, if any are non-refundable.

4) Exchange Policy

Currently, Epiiluxe does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase another product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.

5) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale, Clearance or Final Sale products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without the original tag or packaging.
  • Products reported after the specified return period.

Products purchased during regular promotional offers remain eligible according to this policy unless otherwise stated.
