1) Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
2) Shipping & Delivery
  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays or courier delays.
3) Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.

4) Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

5) Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6) Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.
